We have a no refund or exchange policy unless the item is faulty. Please contact me beforehand if worried about this. Thank you
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Diamond-boutique1@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will be reliable for posting your parcel back to us, no postage costs are refunded/covered unless faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please take note, even if items is a pre order and listed can take up to 1-3/4 weeks, products can take up to 6/8 weeks due to busy delivery periods and customs. Therefore, if this does happen, you will be entitled to a refund if wished so on the 8th week we will not be accountable for delivery companies and customs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty items are only accepted within the first 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
